Patty is the associate director of business development at LINK, where she leads efforts to cultivate strategic partnerships that drive initiatives focused on solving global challenges, especially in the defense community. With nearly two decades of experience across higher education, healthcare, and multinational organizations, Patty has developed impactful executive education and outreach programs for corporate clients and federal agencies. Her professional journey began at the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C., where she worked alongside international leaders and dignitaries to promote transparency and foster global collaboration. Patty's work continues to be shaped by the themes of partnership, trust, and shared understanding. At Virginia Tech, she bridges innovation and opportunity by connecting the university's work with corporate partners across the commonwealth and beyond.

Patty earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from Virginia Tech and an M.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University.
