With over two decades of experience in global partnership development, regulatory affairs, and public-private collaboration, Sarah Smiley brings a proven ability to build and sustain high-impact relationships to her role as an associate director with LINK: Center for Advancing Partnerships, who is embedded in the College of Science. In this role, she fuels her passion for supporting cutting-edge research, expanding talent pipelines, and elevating the role of science in solving global challenges.
Throughout her career, Sarah has successfully advanced external engagement strategies across diverse sectors, including agriculture innovation, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, trade policy, and higher education. She has held leadership roles within the U.S. government and multilateral organizations, and has working with C-suite members and start-ups in the private sector.
