John Ralston serves as the associate director of LINK: Center for Advancing Partnerships in the College of Engineering.  In this position, John is responsible for supporting industry partnerships and engagement as they relate to key strategic activities at the university.

John brings to Virginia Tech a wide range of experience forging dynamic partnerships between universities and industry. John enjoys finding partners that can pour the accelerant on LINK + LICENSE + LAUNCH’s spark to help create meaningful relationships. 

John earned his B.S. in sports and recreation management from James Madison University.
