Project Coordinator, Corporate Events and Experiences
Natalie Hale joined Virginia Tech Innovation and Partnerships in May 2024, serving as a project coordinator for the alumni and engagement team. Natalie supports LINK: Center for Advancing Partnerships with alumni and industry events, corporate visits, and programs designed to grow industry partnerships and engage alumni in the workplace.
With a passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail, Natalie strives to ensure that each event she plays a part in is enriching and impactful.Prior to joining the engagement and impact team, she was a donor engagement specialist at the YMCA of Western North Carolina.
In her role with the YMCA, Natalie developed and executed stewardship strategies, including personalized communication plans, VIP tours, impact-related events, and other engagement opportunities to connect donors with the YMCA’s mission and inspire continued support.Natalie earned her B.S in media and communications from East Tennessee State University.
