Senior Graphic Designer, Principal Partnerships Office
As a senior graphic designer for the creative studio that collaborates with LINK: Center for Advancing Partnerships and the university’s principal gifts team, Rachel DeBusk designs digital and printed materials in support of high-dollar fundraising and other strategic engagement efforts.
Previously, Rachel was the graphic design manager with the Student Affairs communications team. She first joined Virginia Tech in 2014 as a graphic designer, and was promoted to two leadership roles during her time with Student Affairs. Notable projects there include managing and leading the branding efforts of over 20 Student Affairs departments, designing multiple living-learning program identities, creating design assets for the dedication of the Quillen Spirit Plaza, and contributing to the designs of the two dining services food trucks on campus.
In addition to her roles at Virginia Tech, Rachel is an accomplished photographer and owns a creative services business serving Southwest Virginia and the surrounding areas. Rachel earned a B.F.A. in graphic design from Radford University.
