Nomeka Sours manages a full range of events and experiences, including alumni professional networking events, corporate visits, and large-scale industry and government forums.
She has over 12 years of travel and event experience, both domestic and international, and considers herself a highly organized, detail-oriented "people person" who enjoys planning both small and large events. In her free time, Nomeka enjoys cake decorating, watching college football, and spending time with friends, family, and her cat Oliver. Born and raised in the New River Valley, Nomeka holds a B.S. in marketing from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business.
