Project Coordinator, Innovation and Partnerships

Ted Alt is a Project Coordinator with the office of Innovation and Partnerships. In Ted’s role, he provides strategic insight in project development and implements efficient processes. Ted works throughout the Innovation and Partnerships office with members from LINK, LICENSE, and LAUNCH on an array of projects ranging from long-term planning for various office objectives to assisting in building the relationships being formed at Virginia Tech internally and externally.

The Innovation and Partnership office allows Ted to pursue his passion of helping others. Following the “Go-Giver” mentality, he enjoys helping internal and external parties with projects and the successful completion of objectives. Ted is a proud husband and father, and in his free time he enjoys providing solo and group performances on the saxophone or piano.

Ted is currently pursuing an MBA at Virginia Tech. He received his B.A. in Music Education at Virginia Tech.
