Saonee Sarker I MODERATOR
Dean, Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business
Saonee (pronounced Sha-o-nee) Sarker officially began as Dean of the Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business on July 1, 2023. Dean Sarker brings a wealth of research experience to the Pamplin College of Business. She is the director of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) for MIS Quarterly, serving as an ambassador for DEI initiatives and senior editor emeritus for the journal. She also is senior editor of the Journal of the Association for Information Systems. Among her research interests are smart infrastructure and sustainability, healthcare information technology and technostress, technology-enabled collaboration, and more.

Susan Doniz I PANELIST
Chief Information and Data Analytics Officer, The Boeing Company; Senior Vice President of Information Technology & Data Analytics
Susan Doniz is the chief information and data analytics officer of The Boeing Company and senior vice president of Information Technology & Data Analytics, where she leads all aspects of information technology, enterprise security, data and analytics. She also supports the growth of Boeing's business through IT and analytics-related revenue-generating programs. Doniz is a member of the company’s Executive Council.

Rianka R. Dorsainvil '09 I PANELIST
Founder and Senior Wealth Advisor at YGC Wealth
Rianka R. Dorsainvil, CFP®, Founder and Senior Wealth Advisor at YGC Wealth, focuses on empowering entrepreneurs and first-generation wealth builders to own their money story and pursue their biggest dreams. As a financial planner and an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Rianka believes that first-generation wealth-builders are a community that has been underserved by the financial planning profession for too long - and she’s here to help change the tides.
Dorsainvil graduated from Virginia Tech in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

Leigh Palmer '91 I PANELIST
Vice President, Google Public Sector
Leigh Palmer, Vice President of Google Public Sector, is currently responsible for bringing the magic of Google to government agencies. She is passionate about making emerging technology approachable and big outcomes possible.
Palmer graduated from Virginia Tech in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences.
