Ayo Odusote is the Diversity and Inclusion Lead for Deloitte Consulting—a role that keeps him immersed in the employee experience at Deloitte, ensuring that all employees are comfortable bringing their authentic selves to work. As a passionate advocate for inclusive workplaces, Ayo is also the Dean of the Deloitte Consulting Immersion Program, which works to create leadership development opportunities for underrepresented minorities.
Previously, Ayo also served as a champion for the Management Leaders of Tomorrow (MLT), helping to build a community for future diverse leaders at Deloitte. In addition to his leadership in the DEI space, Ayo is also a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Strategy Practice. He has over 17 years of experience serving clients in the technology and telecom sectors.
Ayo earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at the University of Ife, as well as an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
